Dominion DMS Marketing Director Named Finalist for Demand Gen Report’s 2021 B2B Innovator Awards

Robert J. Gorincen shortlisted for Marketing Mentors category, in running for B2B Innovator of the Year Award

Norfolk, Va. – August 10, 2021 – Dominion DMS, a pioneer of Microsoft-based dealer management systems including the cloud-native VUE DMS, announces that Robert J. Gorincen, Marketing Director, is a finalist for Demand Gen Report’s 5th annual B2B Innovator Awards. He makes the shortlist for the Marketing Mentors category, which recognizes team builders in business-to-business organizations that develop bonds across departments to align go-to-marketing strategies to maximize success.

As an extension of being a finalist in this category, Robert is also among 34 nominees in consideration for the B2B Innovator of the Year Award, which recognizes the industry’s most innovative business-to-business marketing professional. Winners will be honored at the 2021 B2B Sales & Marketing Exchange in Boston on Wednesday, August 11.

Robert joined Dominion DMS as a Marketing Director in late 2020 during the global pandemic. Within three months, he built a marketing team, all of whom work remotely across the US. He led the successful deployment of branding, messaging, website and key content assets in preparation for the go-to-market launch of the new VUE DMS, the first and only dealer management system built on Microsoft Azure. He also strives to mentor and provides training opportunities for junior team members to build their careers.

Robert brings more than 13 years of automotive marketing experience and is a two-time recipient of Demand Gen Report’s Killer Content Awards. Prior to Dominion DMS, he led and developed multiple successful campaigns for vAuto, HomeNet Automotive and Rates & Incentives business units of Cox Automotive. He was an integral part of launching and growing vAuto, one of the automotive software industry’s most well-known brands.
